Sharing the Magic of Books

“...like the rushing of a mighty pen…” That’s what I heard as I drove down Highway 40, leaving Nashville and the 2017 GMA Dove Awards. I made a decision that I wanted my writing to be so impactful that it affected people’s lives, decisions, and spiritual health. Leaving the Doves that year, I had already begun writing what I thought would be my first book, but all that changed last October when I began writing for a new audience. As a freelance journalist, I’m all too familiar with having to do all the legwork after writing an article, but for a book, this would be Olympic level power lifting compared to simple media pitches. After much consideration, I was led to create this imprint which will publish my books as they are completed and released. The aim of the content is to simply speak what the Lord is speaking to His people, in His timing and for His purpose. 

The Mighty Pen Library

Fred Willis is a gifted communicator, musician, journalist, broadcaster, author and publisher. His articles and books have been read and enjoyed by many readers across America. He has taken on the mantle of helping people understand their purpose by sharing scripturally based solutions to life’s identity problems. First thing he wants readers to know is that they are created and loved by God. As they accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and make Him Lord of their life, they will walk in sonship that releases them to their identity in Christ.

To date, Fred has released four books, all on the Mighty Pen imprint. He released “The Journey to Genesis” in 2019, “This Crisis Is Not Cause for Alarm” and “She’s a Cover Girl in the Real World” in 2021″ in 2021. His latest release, “Take Another Look” is a rework of his 2019 release, “They Saw Him First.”
